The company’s diverse portfolio provides finance professionals with exposure to complex, multi-sector operations.Location RiyadhRole Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role oversees financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Jash Technical Services’ diverse business units. Daily responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, managing accounts payable and receivable, overseeing general ledger activities, and ensuring timely and accurate financial statements. The Finance Manager collaborates with operational and project teams to evaluate financial performance, support contract pricing, and assess investment decisions. The role also involves ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and local regulations, improving internal controls, and supporting audits.Qualifications Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with experience managing complex, multi-entity operations.Proficiency in financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics, including preparation of management reports and dashboards.Experience in accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow monitoring.Knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and audit preparation, with familiarity in relevant accounting standards and local regulations.Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling, and working knowledge of ERP or financial management systems.Demonstrated ability to partner with operational, project, and leadership teams to support strategic and commercial decision-making.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA are preferred.Relevant experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance role, ideally within contracting, facility management, or related industries
