Team members join a culture that values professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Your responsibilitiesAs Finance Manager, you will lead our financial operations across multiple locations and divisions, ensuring financial integrity and strategic growth:•         Accounting Department Management: Direct and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial close processes. Supervise accounting staff and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with Saudi accounting standards and IFRS. Review and approve payment proposals, accruals, and aging reports. Reconcile vendor and supplier accounts within the ERP system to maintain accurate financial records across all divisions•         Treasury Management: Manage daily cash operations and payments, liquidity planning, and banking relationships. Oversee short-term deposits (including Murabaha), long-term investment portfolios, and credit facility and loan management. Prepare weekly cash flow reports and forecasts to ensure sufficient funding for operations across our Jubail, Dammam, and Riyadh locations. Conduct regular bank reconciliations and optimize working capital allocation•         Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning cycle in collaboration with division heads across all four business units. Establish budgeting policies, planning guidelines, and governance frameworks. Conduct budget review and challenge sessions with business stakeholders. Monitor budget performance, prepare Budget vs. Actual analyses, and deliver variance reports to executive leadership˙•         Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models supporting strategic planning, investment decisions, and long-term business growth. Drive the monthly forecasting process and track financial performance against targets. Prepare comprehensive management reports with actionable insights for senior leadership. Analyze financial trends and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization across our manufacturing and trading operations•         Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations including ZATCA e-invoicing requirements, Zakat, VAT, withholding tax, and other tax obligations•         Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines•         Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive management, stakeholders, and external parties•         Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, tax advisors, and government authorities•         Lead implementation and optimization of financial modules within our ERP system•         Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets•         Develop investment planning frameworks and treasury policies aligned with corporate strategy•         Partner with cross-functional teams   including operations, procurement, and sales ˙ to improve financial planning and support data-driven decision-making•         Provide financial guidance to division managers on pricing, cost management, and profitability analysis•         Mentor and develop accounting and finance team members through coaching, knowledge transfer, and structured professional developmentProfile•         Saudi nationality•         Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree in Finance, MBA, or equivalent is preferred)•         Minimum 7-10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role•         Professional certification such as SOCPA (Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants), CPA, CMA, FMVA, or ACCA is highly valued•         Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial sector preferred•         Strong understanding of Saudi regulatory environment including Zakat, VAT, ZATCA requirements, and corporate tax regulations•         Demonstrated success in managing accounting and finance teams and developing talent•         Experience managing multi-location financial operations is an advantage•         Strategic thinker with ability to translate financial data into business insights•         Strong leadership presence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills•         High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy•         Ability to work in SMEs environment and under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environmentSkills RequiredTechnical Skills: - Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, and local systems as ALMOTAKAMEL) - Expert knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and Saudi regulatory requirements - Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and financial reporting tools - Experience with ZATCA e-invoicing platforms and VAT compliance systems - Cash management, treasury operations, and investment portfolio oversightManagement & Leadership: - Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop finance teams - Experience in cross-functional collaboration with operations, procurement, and sales teams - Strong organizational and project management skills - Ability to drive process improvements and implement best practicesBusiness Acumen: - Understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, and cost accounting - Strategic planning and business analysis capabilities - Risk assessment and internal control expertise - Commercial awareness and business partnership mindsetLanguages: - Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)How to Apply:If you are a qualified Saudi finance professional ready to drive financial excellence in a dynamic industrial environment, we want to hear from you.Send your CV and cover letter to: info@alertifaa.com.saPlease include “Finance Manager Application” in the subject line.
