Finance Manager

Job Description (JD)The Finance Manager is responsible for the financial health of the organization, focusing on reporting, planning, and strategic guidance.Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate monthly/annual reports (P&L, Balance Sheet), conduct variance analysis, and monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs).Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and develop accurate financial forecasts and long-term business plans.Cash Flow & Risk: Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards and manage internal controls and external audits.Strategic Support: Provide data-driven financial insights to senior management to support critical business decisions (e.g., pricing, capital investment).
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.Experience: 3+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with team management experience preferred.
Certification (Highly Preferred): Fully qualified professional designation (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).Technical Skills: Expert in Financial Modeling (Advanced Excel), strong proficiency in ERP systems .Soft Skills: Strong Analytical Thinking, Leadership, and excellent Communication/Presentation skills to advise non-finance stakeholders
