Finance manager

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the full scope of local finance operations for the project in Saudi Arabia, including bookkeeping, tax compliance, treasury/cash management, and financial reporting.Collaborate with the Singapore finance team to take over and run the day-to-day finance functions of the project.Manage local Saudi tax and regulatory matters (VAT, corporate income tax, customs/import-export duties, etc.) to ensure full compliance.Participate in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis for the project.Support the Saudi Regional Project Lead on finance-related coordination and stakeholder communication.High performers will have the opportunity to take on the full financial scope of the project and participate in building out the finance team.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.5–10 years of relevant finance experience, with a background in a multinational corporation or a Big Four accounting firm.Professional certification required: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.Fluent in both Chinese and English (bilingual), capable of using English as the working language.Willing and able to be stationed in Dammam, Saudi Arabia on a long-term, stable basis.Chinese nationality preferred; outstanding overseas Chinese candidates are also welcome. No gender restrictions. Professional presentation and demeanor preferred.No mandatory oil & gas or petrochemical industry experience required.
