This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting in line with corporate and local regulatory requirements. The Finance Manager will monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. They will manage accounting processes, ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing, and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. The role also includes coordinating with external auditors, supporting tax and compliance activities, optimizing working capital, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and profitability.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Candidates should possess expertise in accounting processes, financial reporting, and internal controls.Candidates should possess skills in cash flow management, working capital optimization, and cost control.Candidates should possess proficiency in ERP or financial systems and advanced MS Excel skills.Candidates should possess solid knowledge of local financial regulations, tax requirements, and compliance standards in Saudi Arabia.Candidates should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Candidates should possess demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, delegation, and performance development.Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) are an advantage.Experience in industrial manufacturing, engineering, or distribution environments and prior experience as a Finance Manager
