Finance Manager

WE ARE HIRING – Finance ManagerAlibaba Amusement is looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our growing team. If you have strong leadership skills, solid financial expertise, and are passionate about driving business performance, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee the Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.- Develop, monitor, and manage company budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasts.- Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of daily revenue, expenses, and financial transactions across all business outlets.- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger activities.- Ensure compliance with Myanmar tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.- Coordinate with external auditors, tax, and relevant government authorities.- Strengthen internal controls and implement financial policies to minimize financial risks.- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to support business growth and profitability.- Collaborate with Operations and other departments to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- CPA, ACCA (Part II/Finalist), or other professional accounting qualifications are preferred.- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.- Experience in retail, entertainment, hospitality, FMCG, or multi-branch operations is an advantage.- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Salary & Benefits- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.- Ferry service (designated pick-up points).- Additional allowances.Working Hours- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Half Day)- Days Off- Saturday (Half Day), Sunday, Public HolidaysHow to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV to:Email: hrrecruitment@alibabaamusement.com Viber: +95 9 678318834
