The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, compliance, inventory finance, e-commerce operations, MIS reporting, and fundraising support. This role requires a startup mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to build scalable finance processes as the company prepares for rapid growth and international expansion.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end Accounting & Bookkeeping using Zoho Books.Financial Statement Preparation and Month-End Closing.Amazon, Flipkart & Marketplace Accounting and Settlement Reconciliation.Payment Gateway & Bank Reconciliations.Sales, Returns, Discounts, Commission & Revenue Accounting.Inventory Accounting, Stock Reconciliation, Product Costing & COGS Management.Inventory finance for hardware products such as AI Smart Pens, Smart Notebooks, AI Glasses, Voice Devices and accessories.Import & Export Accounting, Landed Costing and Forex Transaction Accounting.GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Payroll and other Statutory Compliances.Income tax, advance tax; ROC/MCA filings support.MIS Reporting, Cash Flow Management, Budgeting and Financial Analysis.Support Fundraising, Investor Due Diligence and Financial Documentation.Coordinate with Auditors, Banks, Consultants and Regulatory Authorities.Strengthen Internal Controls, Finance SOPs and Process Automation.Work closely with Founders to support strategic financial decision-making.Skills & QualificationsQualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory).2–3 years of post-qualification experience.Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Payroll and Statutory Compliance.Experience in E-commerce Accounting and Reconciliations.Strong understanding of Inventory Accounting and Product Costing.Knowledge of Import, Export and Forex Transactions.Excellent MS Excel / Google Sheets skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.Startup mindset with high ownership and execution ability.Preferred ExperienceExperience in any of the following will be an added advantage:E-commerce / D2CManufacturing or Consumer ElectronicsHardware Product CompaniesStartup EcosystemInvestor-funded CompaniesWhy Join Us?Work with a fast-growing, award-winning AI technology startup developing innovative software and hardware products.Exposure to domestic & international financial operations.Direct collaboration with the Founder & Leadership Team.
