Finance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, risk management, and guiding business decisions with data-driven insights.Responsibilities:Prepare monthly reports.Develop and manage the company’s budgeting process and forecasts.Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend improvements.Ensure compliance with tax laws, and internal policies.Lead audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.Manage cash flow, working capital, and oversee banking relationships.Evaluate investment opportunities, financial risks, and cost-control strategies.Implement financial controls and streamline accounting processes.Supervise the finance team, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.Support strategic decisions through financial modelling and business cases.Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred).Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.Proficiency in MS Office and financial software(e.g., Zoho and QuickBooks).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Functional Competencies:Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Accounting principles, UAE financial regulations, and compliance.Cash flow, working capital, and investment evaluation.Financial controls, process improvement, and team supervision.
