We are a preferred partner for several leading healthcare organisations due to the high quality of our products and services.Role Overview:We're looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations and provide the financial insight needed to support our growth. You'll own budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management, while ensuring compliance across the multiple markets we operate in. This role is a strong fit for someone who can balance hands-on financial control with big-picture business partnering.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, payroll, and cash flowPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reportsLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across departmentsMonitor financial performance against targets and flag risks or opportunities to leadershipEnsure compliance with local financial regulations, tax requirements, and audit standards across the markets the company operates inManage relationships with external auditors, banks, tax advisors, and regulatory bodiesOversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure healthy working capital managementSupport commercial and partnership teams with financial input on deal structuring and contract termsImplement and maintain robust financial controls, processes, and systemsProvide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including new market entry and partnership evaluationRequirements5+ years of experience in a finance management role, ideally within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or professional services industriesBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS) and multi-jurisdiction compliance requirementsProven experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial controls in a growing organisationAdvanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar)Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insightsExcellent attention to detail and a strong sense of financial governanceEffective communicator, able to work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and leadership teamsHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial informationAt SIBIE Ltd , we are committed to creating a dynamic, innovative workplace where every team member has the opportunity to make a real impact.
