They are an award winning group, Michelin-starred, with core locations across London serving high-quality British cuisines.Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a recently qualified Finance Manager to join their finance department. This position would be based full-time in office.📊 RoleReporting into the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial management of the business, whilst supporting with financial insights and strategic initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Lead the production of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysisEnsure robust financial controls, reconciliations, and accurate financial reportingProduce insightful financial commentary and support senior stakeholders with key business decisionsOversee year-end activities, including audit preparation and liaison with external auditorsEnsure compliance with statutory requirements, tax obligations, and internal governance standardsPartner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and improve business performanceManage, mentor, and develop junior finance team membersDrive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy📋 ProfileThe ideal profile for this Finance Manager position should have the following attributes:Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA, CIMA)Strong ownership of month-end procedures and production of management accountsRestaurants/Hospitality background strongly preferredGood commercial acumen, and ability to business partnerExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience with XeroAbility to operate within a fast-paced & small team environment💵 Salary and Package£65,000 - £68,000 + additional benefits including:Healthcare packagePension schemeGenerous staff discounts & lunchesFlexi-timeCompany socialsInternal career opportunities and moreThe salary range/rates of pay are dependent upon your experience, qualifications, and training.
