Finance Manager

Qualification/ ExperienceCA is must with 07 to 10 years of experience𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝘄𝗻:✅ Monthly and annual financial closing across multiple entities✅ Revenue recognition, expense accounting, accruals & provisioning✅ Audit management and timely closure of statutory, internal & tax audits✅ End-to-end compliance – GST, VAT, TDS, Income Tax, Corporate Tax & other statutory filings✅ Multi-entity accounting, inter-company reconciliations & consolidation support✅ General Ledger management, AR/AP oversight, vendor reconciliations & cash flow monitoring✅ Employee, crew and vendor payment governance✅ MIS preparation, budgeting, forecasting & management reporting✅ Development of financial controls, processes, SOPs & risk management frameworks✅ Team leadership, stakeholder management & capability building𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:🎓 Qualified CA (Mandatory)📆 7–10 years of post-qualification experience🌍 Proven experience managing accounting and finance operations across multiple entities/companies💡 Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Corporate Tax and statutory compliances🖥️ Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools📊 Strong analytical skills with expertise in MIS, budgeting and financial reporting🤝 Experience managing audits, reconciliations, internal controls and process improvements👥 Prior team management experience with the ability to work with senior leadershipInterested Candidate share cv to rmehta@getglobalgroup.comImmediate joiners and candidates with a short notice period will be preferred
