Finance Manager

Role DescriptionLead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. Oversee cash flow management, capital expenditure, and working capital management.Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making for senior leadership.Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.Provide actionable financial insights to drive business performance and profitability.Conduct financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic business decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning for new projects and initiatives.Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and internal control policies.Manage audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate audits.Monitor and ensure effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial discrepancies.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Oversee the training and development of the finance team, ensuring continual skill enhancement. Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations and reporting.QualificationsProficient in Advanced Excel. At least 5 years of experience directly managing a corporate finance team.Minimum 8 years of corporate finance, accounting, and audit experience.Academic & Professional QualificationsB.Com or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.Active CPA or ACCA (Part II or III completed) qualification.
