Al Ahmady Medical Complex — Dammam, Saudi Arabia | Full-time | On-site About Al Ahmady Medical Complex: Established in 1982 in Dammam, Al Ahmady Medical Complex is one of the Eastern Province’s long-standing private healthcare providers It offers multi-specialty services — including ENT, ophthalmology, dental, dermatology & laser, OB-GYN, orthopedics, cardiology, pediatrics, and nutrition — serving cash and insurance patients, with new branches under way in Al Ahsa and Al Shati. We are hiring a hands-on Finance Manager to lead financial statements, control AR/AP, and get the ERP working properly. Key Responsibilities • Lead the full finance function: general ledger, reporting, treasury, budgeting, and the accounting team. • Correct and rebuild the financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) in line with IFRS; deliver accurate monthly reports with profitability analysis by department. (also on service/service provider levels + utilization reports) • Run a disciplined month-end close: bank, supplier, intercompany, and suspense account reconciliations with clear deadlines. I would say day to day reconciliations and a month-end close • Own the revenue cycle: reduce AR aging, drive insurance collections (NPHIES/CCHI claims), cut claim rejections and resubmission delays, and set credit & collection policy. • Control the procure-to-pay cycle: supplier reconciliations, three-way matching, approval limits, and payment scheduling to protect cash. Ensuring full audit trail for all procurement spending • Own the ERP system: fix chart of accounts and master data, enforce correct usage across billing, procurement, and inventory; lead upgrades or re-implementation. • I would give inventory its own point: set internal reconciliation processes that controls spending of inventory and ensures inventory log with actual consumption • Manage liquidity: rolling cash flow forecasts, bank relationships, and payment prioritization. • Lead annual budgeting and monthly budget-vs-actual reviews with department heads; drive cost control initiatives. • Ensure full ZATCA compliance: Zakat & VAT returns, e-invoicing (Fatoora), and withholding tax; manage the external audit end-to-end. • Build internal controls and segregation of duties; document finance policies and SOPs; recruit, train, and evaluate the accounting team. Qualifications • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; SOCPA membership required — CPA / CMA / ACCA a strong plus. Maybe external audit experience is a plus? • 8+ years of progressive finance experience, incl. 3–5 years as Finance Manager or Financial Controller. • Demonstrated turnaround record: candidates must present concrete before/after examples of fixing financial statements and reducing AR aging. • Expert, hands-on ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) — as system owner or implementation lead, not just end user. • Strong command of IFRS, Saudi tax law (ZATCA: Zakat, VAT, WHT), and e-invoicing requirements. • Healthcare finance experience strongly preferred: insurance billing, NPHIES claims, and medical revenue cycle management. • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ability to build reports management can actually use. • Leadership profile: has built or restructured an accounting team, with strong internal-controls mindset. • Bilingual Arabic/English (professional level); based in or willing to relocate to Dammam / Eastern Province. Shortlisted candidates will receive a screening questionnaire. —————————————مدير مالي مجمع الأحمدي الطبي — الدمام | دوام كامل | حضوري عن مجمع الأحمدي الطبي: تأسس عام 1982 في الدمام، وهو من المنشآت الصحية الخاصة العريقة في المنطقة الشرقية («لأنك تستحق الرعاية»). يقدم خدمات متعددة التخصصات تشمل الأنف والأذن والحنجرة، والعيون، والأسنان، والجلدية والليزر، والنساء والتوليد، والعظام، والقلب، والأطفال، والتغذية — لخدمة المرضى النقديين وعملاء التأمين، مع فروع جديدة قيد الافتتاح في الأحساء والشاطئ. نبحث عن مدير مالي متمكّن يقود مرحلة تصحيح مالي شاملة: تصحيح القوائم المالية، ضبط الذمم المدينة والدائنة، وإصلاح نظام ERP. المسؤوليات الرئيسية • قيادة الإدارة المالية كاملة: الأستاذ العام، التقارير، الخزينة، الموازنات، وفريق المحاسبة. • تصحيح وإعادة بناء القوائم المالية (الدخل، المركز المالي، التدفقات النقدية) وفق معايير IFRS، وتقديم تقارير شهرية دقيقة مع تحليل الربحية حسب القسم. • إدارة إقفال شهري منضبط: مطابقات البنوك والموردين والحسابات المعلّقة بمواعيد واضحة. • إدارة دورة الإيرادات: خفض أعمار الذمم، قيادة تحصيل التأمين (مطالبات نفيس / مجلس الضمان الصحي)، تقليل رفض المطالبات وتأخر إعادة التقديم، ووضع سياسة الائتمان والتحصيل. • ضبط دورة الشراء حتى السداد: مطابقة الموردين، المطابقة الثلاثية، حدود الاعتماد، وجدولة الدفعات لحماية النقدية. • إدارة نظام ERP: إصلاح شجرة الحسابات والبيانات الرئيسية، وفرض الاستخدام الصحيح في الفوترة والمشتريات والمخزون، وقيادة التطوير أو إعادة التطبيق. • إدارة السيولة: توقعات تدفق نقدي متجددة، العلاقات البنكية، وأولويات السداد. • قيادة الموازنة السنوية والمراجعات الشهرية (الموازنة مقابل الفعلي) مع رؤساء الأقسام، وقيادة مبادرات ضبط التكاليف. • ضمان الالتزام الكامل بمتطلبات هيئة الزكاة والضريبة: إقرارات الزكاة وضريبة القيمة المضافة، الفوترة الإلكترونية (فاتورة)، وضريبة الاستقطاع، وإدارة المراجعة الخارجية كاملة. • بناء الضوابط الداخلية والفصل بين المهام، وتوثيق السياسات والإجراءات المالية، وتوظيف وتدريب وتقييم فريق المحاسبة. المؤهلات • بكالوريوس محاسبة أو مالية؛ عضوية SOCPA مطلوبة — وتُعد CPA / CMA / ACCA ميزة قوية. • خبرة 8 سنوات فأكثر في المالية، منها 3–5 سنوات كمدير مالي أو مراقب مالي. • سجل تصحيح مثبت: على المرشح تقديم أمثلة ملموسة (قبل/بعد) في تصحيح القوائم المالية وخفض أعمار الذمم. • خبرة عملية متقدمة في أنظمة ERP (Odoo، SAP، Oracle NetSuite، Microsoft Dynamics) — كمسؤول نظام أو قائد تطبيق، وليس مجرد مستخدم. • إلمام قوي بمعايير IFRS والأنظمة الضريبية السعودية (الزكاة، ضريبة القيمة المضافة، ضريبة الاستقطاع) والفوترة الإلكترونية. • يُفضَّل بقوة خبرة مالية القطاع الصحي: فوترة التأمين، مطالبات نفيس، وإدارة دورة الإيرادات الطبية. • مهارات متقدمة في Excel والنمذجة المالية؛ وقدرة على بناء تقارير تستفيد منها الإدارة فعلاً. • شخصية قيادية: سبق له بناء أو إعادة هيكلة فريق محاسبة، مع عقلية ضوابط داخلية قوية. • إجادة العربية والإنجليزية بمستوى مهني؛ الإقامة في الدمام / المنطقة الشرقية أو الاستعداد للانتقال.
