The network provides comprehensive ophthalmology services, including subspecialty care for a wide range of eye diseases and vision disorders. Role Description The Finance Manager role at ISEC Eye Care Myanmar is a full-time, on-site position based in Yangon. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow monitoring, and monthly closing activities. The Finance Manager prepares financial reports and analyses, supports budgeting and forecasting processes, and provides financial insights to management for strategic decision-making. The role also involves ensuring compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control policies, as well as coordinating with auditors and external stakeholders. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to support efficient resource allocation and sustain the financial health of the eye care center.QualificationsStrong skills in financial accounting, management accounting, and financial reporting, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly to stakeholders.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, including variance analysis and cost control in a healthcare or service environment.Knowledge of local tax laws, regulatory requirements, and compliance procedures, along with familiarity with audit processes and internal controls.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as solid Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and timeliness.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and support both clinical and administrative teams.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are an advantage.Relevant experience in a finance leadership or supervisory role, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, or medical centers, and fluency in English and Chinese is beneficial.
