Finance Manager

Location: Gurgaon Reports to: Founders / CEOAbout Bombay Banta Bombay Banta is a modern Indian beverage brand bringing back authentic regional flavours in fun new formats.About the role We are looking for a Manager Finance to own the full finance function, from daily accounting to compliance to reporting. This is a hands on role for someone who wants to build the finance backbone of a fast growing FMCG brand.What you will doManage financial accounting and reporting end to endOwn budgeting and forecasting for the businessHandle taxation and compliance including GST, TDS and Income TaxManage accounts payable and receivableRun payroll processing and statutory compliance for PF and ESICoordinate internal and statutory auditsManage bank reconciliation and cash flowPrepare MIS reports and financial analysis for leadershipLead and supervise the finance teamWork on ERP and accounting software including Busy, Tally Prime, Oracle and ExcelWhat we are looking for5 to 8 years of experience in a similar finance role, FMCG or D2C background preferredExperience with quick commerce accounting, including platform settlements, reconciliations and reportingStrong knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax complianceHands on experience with payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI)Comfortable managing audits independentlyStrong Excel skills, experience with Tally Prime or Oracle is a plusSomeone who can lead a small team and also get into the details when neededWhy join us Be part of a founder led brand building something new in Indian beverages, with real ownership over the finance function from an early stage.
