Finance Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the organization's financial operations and support strategic business objectives. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, compliance, and leading the finance team to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.Monitor financial performance and provide analysis and recommendations to management.Manage cash flow, treasury activities, and working capital requirements.Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.Coordinate internal and external audits and address audit findings.Implement and maintain effective financial controls and risk management processes.Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.Support business planning, investment evaluations, and strategic decision-making.Develop and mentor finance team members, ensuring high performance and professional growth.Liaise with banks, auditors, government authorities, and other external stakeholders.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.Minimum 5–8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including managerial responsibility.Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.Skills & CompetenciesFinancial Planning & AnalysisBudgeting & ForecastingFinancial ReportingCash Flow & Treasury ManagementRisk Management & Internal ControlsStrategic ThinkingProblem Solving & Decision MakingTeam LeadershipAttention to DetailCommunication & Presentation Skills
