Finance Manager

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, analysis, reporting, and overall financial management. The role is responsible for maintaining financial stability, supporting business decisions, managing financial performance, and ensuring effective controls and compliance.Key responsibilities include preparing budgets and forecasts, monitoring cash flow, analyzing financial performance, managing financial reporting, overseeing treasury activities, and providing financial insights to management. The Finance Manager will work closely with accounting, operations, sales, procurement, and senior management teams to support business planning, cost optimization, investment decisions, and financial risk management.The role also involves monitoring financial KPIs, developing financial models, identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving financial processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial policies and regulations. Strong analytical ability, commercial awareness, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential.QualificationsStrong understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.Ability to develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow plans, and business financial models.Strong knowledge of financial statements, profitability analysis, cost management, working capital, and financial controls.Ability to analyze financial performance, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to management.Good understanding of treasury, cash management, taxation, compliance, and financial risk management.Strong commercial awareness with the ability to evaluate business opportunities, investments, and cost structures.Excellent analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.Ability to prepare clear financial reports, presentations, forecasts, and management information.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP, financial planning, accounting, or business intelligence systems.Strong attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment.Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and financial projects effectively.Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
