Job Title: Finance Manager (Relocation to Abu Dhabi/Dubai, UAE)Location: Abu Dhabi/Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)Workplace Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:Our client is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Finance Manager currently based in India to join their team in Abu Dhabi/Dubai, UAE. This role offers full relocation and visa sponsorship for the right candidate. You will oversee our financial operations, drive budgeting and forecasting, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and provide strategic insights to executive leadership.Key Responsibilities:Manage overall financial health, corporate accounting, and financial reporting for the organization.Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis to guide business decisions.Oversee working capital, cash flow management, and banking relationships in the UAE.Ensure strict compliance with UAE financial laws, including corporate tax and VAT regulations.Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for executive review.Evaluate financial risks and implement robust internal controls and cost-reduction strategies.Required Qualifications & Experience:Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance from a top-tier institution.Experience: 6–10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial planning, or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and expert-level MS Excel skills.Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of IFRS standards.
