Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts – India's Leading Retail Real Estate Platform– HyderabadJob Summary: India's leading retail real estate company is keen to hire a Qualified Chartered Accountant for the role of Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts, with 4–5 years of experience including mandatory Big 4 Audit & Assurance exposure. The role involves preparing quarterly financials under Ind AS, coordinating statutory/internal audits and tax matters, and supporting the Finance Head with MIS reporting and financial analysis.About the company: Our client is a commercial real estate company, managing a portfolio of 10+ million square feet of Grade A retail properties across 10+ cities. They have consistently redefined the retail experience by integrating lifestyle, entertainment, and brand engagement in their developments.Location: HyderabadDesignation: Assistant Manager – Finance & AccountsRoles & Responsibilities : Preparation of quarterly financial statements under Ind AS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.Liaise with external consultants for tax audits, GST audits, income tax returns, and provide relevant data and support for notices/orders received.Monitor and coordinate the Statutory and Internal Audit process, ensuring timely resolution and closure of audit observations and queries.Ensure timely book closure in coordination with the Head – Finance and manage day-to-day financial activities of the mall.Support the Finance Head in operational finance activities, including MIS reporting, income reports, budgets, estimates and financial analysis.Prepare and submit financial and management reports within the stipulated timelines.Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, internal controls and company policies.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of finance-related activities.Requirements:Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4–5 years of relevant experience.Prior experience with a Big 4 firm in the Audit & Assurance function, with exposure to Indian accounting and statutory practices, is mandatory.Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.Sound understanding of Ind AS, direct taxation and indirect taxation.Strong analytical, financial reporting and stakeholder management skills.Good communication and coordination skills.Education: Qualified CAExperience: 4-5 years of relevant experienceWorking days: Monday to SaturdayContact Details: For more details on this vacancy, contact Ayush at hire@hiregenie.in. _ _ _ _ _ _ HireGenie is a premier Finance Recruitment Consultancy, helping companies and startups find top-tier finance professionals.
