Further information will be shared with shortlisted candidates at the appropriate stage of the recruitment process.Job SummaryWe are looking for a commercially focused Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will provide accurate financial information and strategic insights to support business decisions and sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities·    Manage accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.·    Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.·    Monitor cash flow, working capital, expenses, and profitability.·    Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures.·    Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and the general ledger.·    Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, IFRS, and other applicable regulations.·    Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisers, and regulatory authorities.·    Review financial performance and provide management with actionable insights.·    Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor actual results against budgets.·    Manage credit control and support the collection of outstanding receivables.·    Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.·    Supervise and develop the finance and accounting team.Qualifications and Experience·    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.·    Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA is preferred.·    At least 7 years of relevant finance experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.·    Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, corporate tax, and financial controls.·    Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.·    Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.·    UAE experience is preferred.·    Ability to use Odoo for accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, receivables, payables, reconciliations, approvals and related finance workflows.CompensationAED 14,000–18,000 per month, all-inclusive, depending on UAE finance experience, professional qualifications, managerial scope and Odoo proficiency.
