Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of a leading automotive dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, cash flow management, and supporting business performance across sales, aftersales, and dealership operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the dealership's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards.Monitor profitability across Vehicle Sales, Parts, Service, and Body & Paint operations.Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and financial risk.Partner with dealership management to support strategic and operational decision-making.Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and treasury activities.Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.Drive financial efficiency initiatives and identify opportunities for cost optimization.Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.Minimum 8-12 years of finance experience, including experience within the automotive industry or dealership operations.Strong understanding of dealership financial statements and automotive business KPIs.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial controls, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
