Finance Manager

About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial reporting, accounting, planning, and financial control functions of the organization. The role will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information, compliance with applicable accounting standards and UAE regulations, and provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with business objectives.Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.Conduct feasibility studies independently from inception, including financial modelling and assessment of commercial viability.Prepare and review timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal financial policies.Oversee and manage tax-related activities and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.Establish and maintain effective internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data accuracy.Provide strategic financial advice and decision support to senior management.Evaluate investment opportunities and support capital allocation decisions.Manage relationships with banks, auditors, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders.Partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other departments to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.Identify training and development needs to strengthen team capabilities and performance.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Master’s degree such as an MBA or MSc is an advantage.Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or CMA are advantageous.Several years of progressive experience in financial management or accounting roles within the UAE.Proven experience in a leadership role with exposure to strategic financial decision-making.Knowledge & Skills:Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling skills.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, UAE taxation, and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and provide commercially focused financial insights.What We’re Looking For:A commercially minded finance professional who combines strong technical accounting knowledge with analytical thinking, leadership capability, and the ability to translate financial information into practical business recommendations.
