Finance Manager £80,000-£85,000Multi-Site LondonHybrid The Role Finatal are partnering with a high-growth, PE backed consumer business to recruit a Finance Manager. Operating a rapidly expanding multi-site estate across the UK, the business has established itself as a market leader within its sector and is entering an exciting new phase of growth and operational maturity.Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role will take ownership of core financial reporting, controls and business partnering activities across a growing portfolio of sites. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious qualified accountant looking to step into a highly visible role within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.ResponsibilitiesOwn the monthly management accounts process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across a multi-site operationLead month-end close activities including accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysisPartner with operational stakeholders to provide commercial insight on site performance, profitability and key KPIsSupport budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning processesDrive improvements to financial controls, reporting processes and month-end efficiencyProduce board and investor reporting packs with meaningful commentary and analysisSupport external audit, statutory reporting and tax compliance requirementsAnalyse revenue, labour and operating cost trends, identifying opportunities to improve performanceAssist with systems enhancements, finance transformation projects and process automation initiativesSupport future site openings and the integration of new locations into existing reporting processesRequirementsACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifiedExperience within a multi-site, retail or hospitality.Strong financial control and management reporting experienceAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth businessCommercially minded with strong business partnering capabilitiesAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systemsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsProactive, hands-on and comfortable operating within a scaling environmentThe OpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to join a highly regarded and rapidly growing consumer business at a pivotal point in its journey.
