Finance Manager

📢 We’re Hiring: Finance ManagerIndustry: Telecommunication We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, budgeting, reporting, cash flow, taxation, and financial controls while providing strategic financial insights to management.Key Responsibilities- Oversee financial operations, cash flow, expenditures, receivables, payables, and internal controls.- Lead budgeting, forecasting, budget control, and variance analysis.- Review financial statements, management reports, project costs, and profitability.- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables and identify financial risks.- Manage taxation, audit coordination, and statutory financial requirements.- Prepare cost estimates, financial proposals, pricing, and financial analysis for projects and tenders.- Collaborate with Procurement, Business Development, Operations, and Technical teams on financial planning and cost analysis. - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.- Lead, develop, and supervise the Finance team, ensuring effective operations and problem-solving. Job Requirements- Master’s Degree in Finance or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably within the Telecommunications industry, with proven managerial experience.- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost control, and financial reporting.- Proficiency in Odoo Accounting System and other accounting/ERP software.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial analysis and reporting.- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
