You will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders and gain valuable experience driving the growth of a fast-scaling startup.We are looking for a qualified finance manager to take ownership of financial compliance, cash flow management, vendor payment cycles, and internal financial operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hunter mentality who can take the initiative and drive growth.Key Responsibilities:Drive end-to-end statutory compliance (GST, TDS, ROC, Income Tax) and work with external stakeholders to facilitate filings and due diligence.Oversee the procure-to-pay cycle, maintain accounts payables, and ensure timely disbursements.Direct daily operations, including invoicing, expense reimbursements, bank reconciliations, and routine accounting entries.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, P&L statements, and executive financial dashboards.What You’ll Bring to The Table:CA (qualified)2–4 years of relevant experience in a Finance / Accounts roleStrong working knowledge of Ind AS, including financial statement preparationIn-depth understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory complianceProven experience in balance sheet finalisation, consolidation, and audit handlingExposure to big audit firms or handling complex audit environments is a strong advantageAdvanced Excel and ERP proficiency (Zoho Books or Tally)Perks:• Ground floor opportunity with the team; shape the strategic direction of the company• Strong emphasis on work-life balance; progressive work culture
