In this role, you will oversee the financial operations of the organization, manage financial reporting, and assist with strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities

Assist in formulating and implementing the organization's financial strategy, including long-term financial planning, capital allocation, and regulatory compliance, and risk management.Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financials, for internal and external stakeholders.Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; provide recommendations to support informed decision-making.Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote operational efficiency.Collaborate with other departments to integrate financial information and support decision-making processes, including investment appraisals, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.Manage relationships with external partners, including banks, auditors, and regulators, ensuring timely communication and adherence to reporting requirements.Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration.Oversee the entire finance department and make critical decisions related to financial management and strategic direction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, ideally within an FX/CFD brokerage environment.Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
