You will own the Group's finance function across 4 UAE entities — overseeing outsourced providers, ensuring UAE regulatory compliance, managing audits, and reporting directly to senior management.What You'll DoReview and sign off US GAAP financial statements prepared by external providersOwn UAE VAT, Corporate Tax (FTA), and WPS payroll complianceServe as primary contact for external auditors — start to finishManage outsourced bookkeeping and US GAAP/SEC reporting providersPrepare consolidated management accounts and cash flow forecastsDesign and implement internal financial controlsSupervise 1 Operations AccountantWhat You Must Have ✅ CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent — active qualification (required) ✅ US GAAP proficiency — review and sign-off level ✅ UAE VAT & Corporate Tax filing experience — hands-on ✅ Statutory audit management — as primary contact ✅ Multi-entity consolidations & intercompany eliminations ✅ Experience managing outsourced finance providersNice to HaveBig 4 or public/listed company backgroundHealthcare or regulated industry experienceIFRS to US GAAP reconciliation experienceExperience building an in-house finance team📩 How to Apply Send your CV to hr@smh.ae Subject: Finance Manager ApplicationOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
