This role involves reviewing and improving internal financial controls, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and coordinating with accounting and audit partners. The Finance Manager will analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making, optimize costs, and identify growth opportunities for the business. They will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align financial plans with company goals and provide clear, data-driven insights. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.QualificationsStrong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to manage cash flow and prepare accurate financial reports.Experience in accounting and audit coordination, including familiarity with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, and compliance standards.Ability to analyze financial data, interpret performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to support business strategy.Proficiency with accounting and finance software; experience with AI-powered or cloud-based tools is an advantage.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) are a plus.Relevant experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in startups, technology companies, or high-growth environments in the UAE.If you are interested, please send your CV to hr@bookbi.com, clearly mentioning the position you are applying for in the subject line.
