Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and contribute to financial analysis and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting expertise with financial insight.ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, and payrollPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activitiesMonitor cash flow and financial performanceSupervise and guide accounting team members (for Manager role)Coordinate internal and external auditsAnalyse financial data and provide strategic recommendationsMaintain strong internal controls and improve accounting processesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related fieldMandatory: CPA (Certified Public Accountant)Preferred / Advantage: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)3–5 years of experience (Assistant Manager) / 5–8+ years (Manager)Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standardsExperience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skillsExcellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
