Location: Dammam, Saudi ArabiaSalary: Up to SAR 28,100 per month + Standard BenefitsThe OpportunityTalentHive is partnering exclusively with a well-established and diversified Saudi group undergoing a significant programme of transformation and investment in Saudi talent.As part of the continued strengthening of its Finance function, we are looking for an experienced Saudi Finance Manager to join the organisation in Dammam.This is a senior Finance opportunity within a large and operationally diverse business environment, offering broad exposure across financial planning, reporting, controls and business performance.The role will suit a commercially aware Finance professional who combines strong financial management capability with hands-on execution and can work effectively with senior leadership and operational stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Finance Manager, you will:Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activitiesMonitor financial performance against budgets and business plansOversee P&L performance, financial reporting and management informationProvide financial analysis and insight to support business decision-makingStrengthen financial controls, governance and reporting disciplinesAnalyse costs, variances and financial performance and identify areas requiring actionSupport accurate and timely month-end and period-end reportingPartner with operational and functional stakeholders across the organisationEnsure effective utilisation of ERP and financial reporting systemsDrive continuous improvement across Finance processes, reporting and controlsProvide guidance and leadership across the Finance functionWhat We're Looking ForSaudi NationalBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a relevant Finance discipline10+ years of progressive Finance experience, including appropriate management/leadership exposureStrong experience across budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and reportingDemonstrable experience with P&L management and financial performanceStrong financial analysis and management-reporting capabilityExperience using ERP and financial reporting systemsAbility to partner effectively with senior leadership and operational stakeholdersExperience within a multi-entity, shared-services or operationally diverse organisation would be particularly relevantProfessional qualifications such as CMA, CPA, SOCPA or ACCA would be advantageous but are not essentialWhy Consider This Opportunity?You'll be joining a major Saudi organisation with diverse business operations at an important stage of its transformation and continued investment in Saudi capability.This role provides the opportunity to contribute beyond traditional accounting, with exposure to financial performance, planning, governance and business decision-making across a complex operating environment.For the right Saudi Finance professional, this is an opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility and visibility within a growing and evolving group environment.Salary: Up to SAR 28,100 per month + Standard Benefits
