The Finance Manager will be a key contributor to shaping the company’s financial future and supporting strategic decision-making.Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The Finance Manager prepares monthly and annual financial statements, monitors variances, and provides insights to leadership to support business planning and performance optimization. Daily activities include managing accounts payable and receivable, coordinating with external auditors, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies, and maintaining internal controls. The role also involves supporting strategic initiatives through financial analysis, supervising finance staff, and partnering with other departments to improve processes and financial outcomes.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.Strong skills in financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting for senior leadership.Proficiency in accounting principles, financial statements preparation, and internal control design.Experience with financial software and ERP systems, as well as advanced skills in spreadsheet and data analysis tools.Knowledge of local financial regulations, tax requirements, and compliance standards in Saudi Arabia (or willingness to learn).Ability to lead and develop finance team members, manage workloads, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is preferred.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to process improvement.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
