Finance Manager – Luxury Real Estate Developer

Location: DubaiSalary: AED 25,000 per monthReporting to: CFOA leading luxury real estate developer is expanding its corporate finance team and is seeking an experienced Finance Manager.The successful candidate will manage a team of 6 accountants and work closely with the CFO, taking responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, controls and the overall financial operations of the group.Requirements5–7 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, with flexibility for the right candidate.Strong real estate development finance experience is essential.Previous experience managing a finance/accounting team.Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge.Experience working across multiple entities/subsidiaries.Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial controls.UAE experience is highly desirable.Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing luxury real estate group and work directly with the CFO, with significant responsibility across the corporate finance function.
