Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and performance in collaboration with senior management. The role requires a strong business mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex financial data while providing accurate insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. The candidate will also oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls to ensure the organization’s financial stability and sustainable growth.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Manage financial accounting and ensure accurate and timely financial statements.Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets, and overall financial performance.Prepare financial reports and KPIs for senior management.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.Lead and develop the finance team.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.High attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities.
