This role offers an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to advance their careers in the U.A.E.Job DescriptionThe Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality accounting and tax services to our clients. The successful candidate will assist in managing month-end processes, overseeing accountants, and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of VAT returns, corporate tax filings, and management accounts. Previous experience with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax is not required, as comprehensive in-depth training will be provided by M&M Accountancy.This role is particularly suited for candidates with a strong academic background who have trained with one of the Big 4 accounting firms and ideally have one year + of post-qualification experience.Key Responsibilities Month-End ClosingAssist with the month-end closing process for multiple clients.Prepare and review journal entries accurately and on time.Perform / Review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records. VAT and Corporate Tax FilingsPrepare VAT returns for clients in line with UAE regulations (training will be provided).Assist with the preparation of corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance and accuracy (training will be provided). Review of WorkReview and supervise work completed by junior accountants, providing guidance and feedback as necessary.Ensure all deliverables meet high professional standards. Financial Forecasting and BudgetingAssist in preparing financial forecasts and budgets for clients as required.Provide insights and analysis to support client decision-making processes. Client RelationshipsEstablish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact.Address client queries and ensure the timely delivery of accurate financial information. Process ImprovementIdentify and implement improvements to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.Support the development and integration of financial reporting tools where necessary.
