Finance Manager

métier – Strategic HR Solutions is hiring a Finance Manager for one of our clients in the UAE.We are looking for an experienced finance professional with a strong background in medical insurance to oversee financial operations and support the organization’s financial planning, reporting, and control functions.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and overall financial performance.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Establish and maintain effective financial controls and processes.Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support business decision-making.Ensure compliance with relevant financial, tax, and insurance regulations.Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.Lead and support the finance team in achieving departmental objectives.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of relevant finance experience.Strong experience in medical insurance essential.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent would be an advantage.Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial controls.Good understanding of the UAE insurance/healthcare financial environment.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and financial/accounting systems.Valid UAE driving license is required.
