Working closely with the Global CFO and international leadership team, you will have significant visibility and influence on the company's long-term success.What You'll DoAs the Finance Lead, you will oversee all aspects of the U.S. finance function while partnering with global headquarters to ensure financial excellence and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all U.S. finance operations, including accounting, FP&A, reporting, compliance, and financial governanceManage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close, tax filings, and statutory reportingDevelop annual budgets, forecasts, and mid-term financial plans while identifying business risks and growth opportunitiesPrepare financial reports for executive management, headquarters, auditors, and regulatory requirementsEnsure compliance with internal controls, approval policies, and corporate governance standardsPartner with senior leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic business decisions and profitable growthCollaborate with headquarters and external partners to establish scalable finance processes and operational infrastructureSupport ERP, IT, and cross-functional business operations to improve efficiency and business performanceAssist in building the financial and operational framework for the newly established U.S. organizationWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experienceStrong expertise in FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingExperience managing month-end/year-end close and tax-related processesERP experience (SAP or similar systems)CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is highly preferredNative-level proficiency in both English and JapaneseSelf-starter who enjoys building processes in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environmentStrong business partnering, communication, and problem-solving skillsWhy This Opportunity?Build the finance function for a newly established U.S. businessPartner directly with global executive leadership and the Global CFOHigh-impact role with significant visibility and career growth potentialOpportunity to shape financial strategy during a major U.S. expansionWork with an internationally recognized premium lifestyle and fashion brandCollaborative, global, and entrepreneurial culture
