Finance ManagerJob ResponsibilitiesManage the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations.Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and performance analysis.Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.Monitor cash flow, working capital, accounts receivable and accounts payable.Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing with accurate financial reporting.Monitor financial performance, costs and profitability, and provide insights to management.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements and statutory regulations.Strengthen internal controls, financial processes and risk management.Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and other external parties.Support management in business planning, investment decisions and commercial analysis.Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency, cost control and business performance.Lead, coach and manage the finance team.RequirementsDegree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.Minimum 6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably with managerial or supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and cash-flow management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good commercial acumen.Good understanding of internal controls, tax and statutory requirements.Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting / ERP systems.Key CompetenciesFinancial & Commercial AcumenFinancial Planning & ForecastingAnalytical & Problem-Solving SkillsLeadership & Team ManagementBusiness PartneringInternal Controls & Risk ManagementCommunication & Stakeholder ManagementWhat Success Looks LikeAccurate and timely financial reportingImproved financial visibility for managementStronger cash-flow and working-capital managementEffective financial controls and complianceBetter cost management and profitabilityFinance function that actively supports business growth and decision-making
