Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to manage the financial affairs of private stakeholders and their affiliated entities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting across multiple entities.Monitor investments, banking relationships, and fund performance.Manage distributions, loans, payroll-related transactions, and financial compliance.Support financial planning, wealth preservation, and investment reviews.Oversee charitable fund administration, including governance, reporting, and disbursement activities.Requirements10+ years of finance and accounting experience.Proven experience managing finances for family offices, private wealth structures, or multiple entities.Strong expertise in accounting, cash flow management, investments, and financial reporting.Master's degree; professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, or CIMA preferred.Detail-oriented and analytical.
