Job Title: Finance ManagerCompensation: AED22,000 to 25,000 plus statutory benefits

Location: Dubai, UAEOverview:Gateworth are currently supporting a high-growth, services and technology client who are in the process of looking to recruit a hands-on Finance Manager to partner directly with the Regional Director.

Operating within a high-volume environment, the Finance Manager will lead the finance operations function and manage a team of accountants, with a clear remit to strengthen financial reporting, improve working capital, support the automation of finance processes and drive continuous improvement across the department.

Main Responsibilities

Establishing a disciplined monthly reporting process, delivering accurate and timely Management Accounts, Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow Reports with supporting analysis, alongside meaningful management reporting and KPI dashboards for the Regional Director.Leading the annual financial reporting cycle in line with agreed deadlines, improving efficiency and audit readiness, whilst strengthening financial controls, governance and compliance across the function.Improving cash flow forecasting and optimising working capital through enhanced Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and treasury management, including supplier payment efficiency and scheduling, supplier credit management, debt collection and customer credit control.Partnering with IT to automate customer invoicing, supplier invoicing and financial workflows from the client’s proprietary booking platform, ensuring accounting, taxation, legal and audit requirements are incorporated into all finance-related system developments.Leading and developing a high-performing team of five accountants focused on accountability and continuous improvement, delivering a finance function that provides management with confidence in the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial information.Qualifications & Prerequisites:The client will look to recruit a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with a proven track record of owning month-end and year-end reporting, producing management accounts and full financial statements to tight deadlines.The successful candidate shall be required to demonstrate hands-on experience across cash flow forecasting, working capital, treasury and AR/AP management within a high-volume, transactional environment, with exposure to the travel, tourism or technology sectors considered advantageous.The ideal candidate shall also bring experience of partnering with IT on finance systems and automation projects, with the ability to translate accounting, tax and audit requirements into practical system developments.The candidate shall also be a confident people manager with experience leading a team of accountants, combined with the gravitas to work directly alongside the Managing Director and deliver KPI-driven management reporting.Apply:Applicants meeting this criterion and looking for a progressive and challenging opportunity should submit an application via, apply@gateworth.com quoting the GWG reference, 30219
