Finance Manager

Role Description The Director role at Rockstar Games in Ahmedabad is a full-time, on-site position responsible for leading strategic initiatives, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, and driving the successful delivery of high-quality projects. This role involves setting vision and priorities, aligning project roadmaps with company goals, and coordinating closely with creative, technical, and production leads. The Director will review project performance, manage budgets and timelines, and remove obstacles to ensure teams can deliver on schedule and at the expected quality bar. Daily responsibilities include mentoring leadership staff, facilitating cross-functional communication, representing the studio in key internal and external discussions, and promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and respect.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership experience directing complex, cross-functional projects or teams in games, entertainment, or related industries.Strong strategic planning, organizational, and decision-making skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including clear reporting, negotiation, and conflict resolution.Background in game development, production, creative direction, or technology management is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, highly creative environment.Experience fostering inclusive, high-performing teams and supporting professional growth and development.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Game Design, Production, Business, Technology, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with Rockstar Games titles and a genuine interest in narrative-driven, high-production-value interactive entertainment.
