Role : Finance Manager

Location: Dubai, UAESalary : AED 25,000Job Purpose:Responsible for end-to-end financial management of the contracting division, with a strong focus on project profitability, cost control, billing, cash flow, and financial reporting.

The role will partner closely with Project, Operations, and Commercial teams to protect margins and manage financial risks.Key ResponsibilitiesManage financial performance of multiple live contracting projects.Oversee budgets, cost control, cost-to-complete, WIP, accruals, and project profitability.Drive timely billing, certifications, collections, retention recovery, and clearance of uncertified work.Manage project cash flow forecasts and identify funding requirements.Support variations, claims, contract reviews, settlements, and commercial negotiations.Lead budgeting, forecasting, tender financial reviews, and project reporting.Identify financial and commercial risks and implement appropriate controls.Lead a lean finance team and provide financial insights to senior management.Requirements10–15 years of finance experience in construction contracting.Must be ICAI-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Strong hands-on experience in project finance, cost control, cash flow, and margin management.Good understanding of construction contracts; FIDIC knowledge preferred.Experience managing multiple live projects within a mid-sized contractor.Middle East contracting experience preferred.Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
