We're expanding, and we're looking for hands-on people who like to get things done, not just plan them.About the roleWe're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting and controls for our retail network across the GCC. This is a hands-on role. You'll work closely with senior leadership and help shape how we manage our numbers as we grow.What you'll doOwn treasury and cash flow day to day.Lead budgeting and forecasting.Oversee monthly and yearly financial reporting.Keep strong internal controls in place.Make sure we meet VAT, Corporate Tax and IFRS rules across our markets.Work with auditors and support the yearly audit.Find ways to improve finance processes.Give senior leadership clear financial insights to support decisions.Use AI and modern finance tools to make reporting more accurate and faster.What you'll bring8+ years in finance, including at least 3 years in a manager or senior role.Started your career in audit at a Big 4 or similar firm.Then moved into a hands-on cost control, FP&A or budgeting and forecasting role in industry.CA, CPA or ACCA qualified.Strong technical accounting and compliance skills.Retail or multi-country experience in the GCC is a plus.Advanced Excel skills. ERP experience (such as SAP or Oracle) is a plus.Who you areWe're looking for potential, personality, emotional intelligence and maturity.
