Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout the roleWe are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Finance Manager to lead and oversee the Group's finance and accounting operations. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, cost control, outlet profitability, internal controls, audit, taxation, and compliance. This role will work closely with senior management and operational teams to provide meaningful financial insights, strengthen financial controls, and drive business profitability.Key responsibilitiesLead and oversee the day-to-day finance and accounting operations.Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial reports, and financial analysis.Monitor the financial performance and profitability of individual outlets and business units.Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis and recommendations.Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and banking activities.Monitor revenue, daily sales reconciliation, cash collections, payment gateways, and outlet transactions.Drive effective food cost, beverage cost, labour cost, inventory, and operating expense controls.Work closely with Operations and Purchasing teams to identify cost-saving and profitability improvement opportunities.Oversee inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, wastage, stock variance, and write-offs.About youBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA, or equivalent is an advantage.Minimum 5–8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.Experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, or multi-outlet operations is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, taxation, and internal controls.Experience managing full-set accounts is preferred.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership and communication skills.High level of integrity, accountability, accuracy, and confidentiality.BenefitsCompetitive salary package based on experience and qualifications.Opportunity to work with a growing hospitality and F&B group.Exposure to multi-outlet and multi-business financial operations.Direct involvement in budgeting, business planning, expansion, and commercial decision-making.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Supportive and collaborative working environment.5-day working week.Outpatient and inpatient medical coverage.Dental and optical benefits.Public holiday benefits in accordance with company policy.
