This position oversees day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.The Finance Manager monitors revenue and expenses, prepares variance analyses, and ensures compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. Responsibilities include managing accounting processes, coordinating audits, supervising finance staff, and implementing cost-control measures aligned with the hotel's service-focused philosophy.The role requires close collaboration with hotel operations, purchasing, and senior leadership to optimize financial performance while supporting an exceptional guest experience.QualificationsCandidates must have relevant experience in hotel finance and accounting operations.Mandatory: Proven experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, preferably in a Finance Manager or equivalent leadership capacity.Strong financial management and accounting skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, cost control, and performance monitoring within a hotel environment.Knowledge of hotel accounting operations, revenue monitoring, local tax regulations, compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks.Experience supervising finance or accounting teams and collaborating with cross-functional hotel departments.Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and hotel or property management systems.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.Willingness to work on-site in QC, with high ethical standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest-focused hospitality.We are looking for a finance professional who understands the unique financial demands of hotel operations and can translate financial discipline into sustainable hotel performance.
