Finance Manager

Role Description The Director role at Megabee SAL is a full-time, on-site position based in Beirut. The Director will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web and mobile application projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives. Daily responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and setting strategic priorities for digital platform development. The Director will collaborate with clients to define project scope, review workflows, and approve key design and UX/UI decisions. The role also involves monitoring coding, testing, and QA activities, optimizing internal processes, mentoring team members, and contributing to business development and partnerships.QualificationsLeadership and management skills, including team supervision, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning.Experience overseeing web and mobile app projects, with familiarity in business workflow design and digital product delivery.Knowledge of graphic design and UX/UI principles, with the ability to evaluate and guide user-centric design decisions.Understanding of software development, testing, and quality assurance processes in a technology or startup environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in client-facing roles and negotiation.Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources, and to implement process improvements.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.Experience working with entrepreneurs, startups, or SMEs, preferably in digital services or technology consulting.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is an advantage.
