Finance Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Finance Manager for an independent law firm which has grown significantly in the last few years with offices across the UK. Reporting to the Finance Director you'll be responsible for the following:Produce monthly management accounts with commentary the leadership team can act onBuild and maintain budgets, forecasts and financial modelsBusiness-partner with solicitors about WIP, billing and debt recoveryDevelop reporting and dashboards in Power BI, and use AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to make reporting faster and sharperTake a leading role in implementing new finance systems and improving how we workAct as the day-to-day link with our external accountantsI'm looking for someone that has either worked in the legal sector before or if not professional services along with proven experience at Management Accountant/Finance Manager level who ideally has used and implemented AI tools.My client are open minded about where you are in your career so will consider Qualified or QBE.
