Finance Manager

Finance Manager – Job DescriptionOversee the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations through Odoo ERP / Odoo Accounting.Manage the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, payments, expenses, and bank reconciliations.Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions and accounting records.Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process and monitor performance against approved budgets.Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital, liquidity, and payment planning.Monitor accounts receivable and payable and ensure effective collection and payment processes.Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and procedures.Ensure compliance with IFRS, Saudi accounting requirements, VAT, ZATCA regulations, and other applicable regulations.Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other financial stakeholders.Analyze financial performance and provide management with actionable insights and recommendations.Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and process gaps and implement appropriate corrective actions.Ensure proper documentation, supporting schedules, and audit trails for all financial activities.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance finance processes and maximize the effective use of Odoo ERP.Support management in financial planning, business decisions, and cost optimization.Odoo ERP – Required ExperienceHands-on Odoo experience is mandatory. Candidates should have practical experience with:Odoo AccountingGeneral LedgerAccounts Payable & Accounts ReceivableInvoicing & PaymentsBank ReconciliationChart of AccountsVAT / Tax configuration and reportingFinancial ReportingAnalytic AccountingBudgeting and Financial PlanningMonth-End ClosingMulti-company accounting, where applicableRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.7+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including experience in a Finance Manager or similar role.Proven hands-on experience with Odoo ERP / Odoo Accounting.Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Strong understanding of IFRS and Saudi accounting and regulatory requirements.Good knowledge of VAT and ZATCA requirements.Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsSOCPA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification.Experience in Odoo implementation, configuration, migration, or process optimization.Experience in multi-company or multi-business environments.Experience in retail, F&B, real estate, hospitality, entertainment, or other diversified business environments.
