Team members collaborate in a dynamic, innovation-focused environment where technical expertise and business insight come together to solve complex challenges.Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support KADA’s strategic and operational decisions. This role manages budgeting and forecasting cycles, monitors cash flow, and prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in alignment with accounting standards and company policies. The Finance Manager will analyze financial performance, identify trends and risks, and provide recommendations to leadership on cost optimization and revenue growth. Daily activities include coordinating with project and operations teams on financial tracking, managing invoices and vendor payments, maintaining accurate records in financial systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements. The role also involves refining financial processes, supporting audits, and implementing tools and dashboards that improve visibility and control over financial data.Qualifications Strong financial planning and analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Proficiency in accounting principles and practices, with experience in financial reporting and month-end close.Ability to manage cash flow, expense tracking, and revenue recognition in a project-based or services environment.Experience using financial and accounting software, spreadsheets, and dashboards for data modeling and reporting.Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to interpret complex financial data.Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders and collaborate across teams.Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize multiple deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.Experience in a digital, technology, or consulting environment is beneficial, as is familiarity with project-based financial management.
