Finance Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Director role based in the Pune District. The Director will oversee strategic planning and execution across key business functions, including project delivery, operations, and customer experience, ensuring alignment with VTP Realty’s philosophy of Better Design, Better Build, and Better Care. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, setting performance goals, monitoring project and sales performance, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership on business growth initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. The role also involves mentoring managers, supporting talent development, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and thoughtfulness in all aspects of execution.QualificationsProven leadership experience in real estate, construction, or a related industry, with a track record of managing large teams and complex projects.Strong strategic planning, business management, and operational oversight skills, including the ability to set priorities and drive measurable outcomes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities, with an emphasis on collaboration and conflict resolution.Sound knowledge of real estate market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and best practices in project management and customer service.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Demonstrated ability to work on-site, make data-informed decisions, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.High ethical standards, customer-centric mindset, and a commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
