Finance Manager

Job descriptionsOversee the preparation of monthly management reports and group financial analysis.Lead full-cycle month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities,ensuring full compliance with IFRS and UAE financial regulations, and support external audits and statutory filings.Verify and reconcile financial data,bank accounts and suspense accounts to maintain accurate and standardized accounting records.Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial workflows and strengthen internal control systems.Manage cash flow, planning daily liquidity arrangement and pass-through expense accounting.Supervise intercompany transactions and ensure complete and accurate group reconciliation.Work with external accounting firms to formulate and update company accounting policies and continuously improve financial processes.Serve as the key liaison for ongoing financial communication and alignment with global headquarters.Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines: ACCA,CPA,CMA or other professional finance qualifications are highly preferred.Minimum 10 years of corporate finance and accounting experience with solid managerial capabilities.In-depth knowledge of IFRS with proven experience in group consolidation, financial reporting and full-cycle closing.Experience in logistics, freight forwarding or international trading industry is a strong advantage.Strong analytical skills, rigorous working attitude, proactive mindset and excellent cross-departmental communication skills.Experience working in UAE is an added advantage.Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese.
